LIVE  at 3:00 PM ET / 2:00 PM CT / 1:00 PM MT / 12:00 PM PT

Nat Hab Expedition Leaders Arpita Dutta and Payal Mehta have guided wildlife and nature safaris in Nepal and Bhutan for years. Today, they are excited to share details of Nat Hab’s first trips back to the region since before the pandemic. Join them for a firsthand view of what Nepal and Bhutan travel was like pre-pandemic and what you can expect now that these countries are once again open for exploration. Start with a wildlife adventure in Chitwan National Park, learning about our safari camp experience on the edge of the Rapti River (a great place to see one-horned rhinos). Then, move on to carbon-negative and culturally rich Bhutan. Meet the muskox–like takin, the country’s national animal. Explore the massive Punakha Dzong, known as the “Palace of Great Happiness.” Learn about traditional cuisine. Chat about the hiking, birding and canoeing you’ll do, the wildlife you’ll encounter, and the people you’ll meet along the way.
