Presented by Lorraine Doyle

South Africa is home to some of Earth’s most iconic—and most endangered—wildlife. In honor of Endangered Species Day, Expedition Leader Lorraine Doyle offers a field-based look at the challenges and victories of species conservation in South Africa. From cheetahs and rhinos to lesser-known species like ghost frogs, sungazer lizards and ground pangolins, Lorraine explores the threats of habitat loss and invasive species and the need to preserve biodiversity hotspots. She presents both a call to action and a message of hope for the planet’s most vulnerable creatures.
