April 14, 2026
LIVE at 3:00 PM ET / 2:00 PM CT / 1:00 PM MT / 12:00 PM PT

Presented by Karin Traeger

What does it take to bike 1,000 kilometers solo across Patagonia’s wildest landscapes? Chilean environmentalist and storyteller Karin Traeger recently marked her return home after a decade abroad with a 22-day journey along Chile’s Route of the Parks, traveling through the remote terrain that we visit on our Patagonia adventures, such as Torres del Paine National Park. Karin shares stories of her encounters with rare wildlife like pudu and Darwin’s frogs and outlines conservation efforts to protect Patagonia's ecosystems. Her journey offers a powerful perspective on solo travel and deepening our connection to the natural world.
